Welcome to KcoPrints. By accessing or placing an order through our website or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our site, products, and all related services.

1. 🛍️ Use of Our Services

By using KcoPrints, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent)

  • You are providing accurate, current, and complete information during checkout

  • You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. 🎨 Custom Orders & Artwork Submissions

All products sold by KcoPrints are custom-made based on the artwork and specifications you provide.
By uploading a file, you confirm:

  • You own the rights to use the design or have permission from the copyright holder

  • The file is correctly formatted and meets our design guidelines (300 DPI PNG, actual print size, etc.)

  • You accept that we do not edit or alter files unless design assistance has been purchased

You are solely responsible for ensuring your file is print-ready.

3. 📦 Order Fulfillment & Shipping

We strive to fulfill all orders within our advertised processing times (usually 1–3 business days).
Delays may occur due to:

  • File issues

  • High volume periods

  • Carrier-related issues

We are not liable for delays once the package has been handed off to the shipping carrier. Free shipping applies only to eligible orders within the United States.

4. 🔄 Returns & Refunds

Because all of our products are custom-printed, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the item is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Printed incorrectly due to our error

5. 💳 Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

6. 🔐 Privacy & Data Use

Your personal data is used only for order processing, shipping, and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.

KcoPrints reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time.
