1. What is a DTF gang sheet and how does it work?
A DTF (Direct-to-Film) gang sheet allows you to arrange multiple graphics on a single sheet — saving money and streamlining production. These sheets are 22 inches wide and come in custom lengths. You can upload multiple PNG files, position them using our builder or layout tool, and we print exactly what you submit — no changes or edits. It’s perfect for businesses creating multiple logos, designs, or sizes in one go.

2. What file type should I upload for DTF printing?
We require 300 DPI PNG files with transparent backgrounds for best results. Make sure your artwork is sized exactly as you want it printed — we do not resize, adjust, or make corrections to your files after upload. This ensures color accuracy and clean results when pressing.

3. Do you check or edit my artwork before printing?
No. We print exactly what you upload without alterations. It’s your responsibility to double-check file quality, dimensions, colors, and layout. If you need help, we offer artwork setup and design services for an additional fee.

4. What if I need help designing or arranging my gang sheet?
If you're not comfortable with design tools or need help formatting your gang sheet, we can do it for you! Just email us your individual PNGs and let us know the sheet size you want. Our team will create a clean layout for a small setup fee and send a proof for approval.

5. How long does it take for DTF transfers to ship?
Orders typically ship within 2 business days after upload and approval. Larger or more complex orders may take slightly longer. Orders over $199 qualify for free nationwide shipping from our Westland, MI facility.

📣 Custom Banners

6. What are your banners made of?
We print on 13oz vinyl banner material that’s tear-resistant and weatherproof, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. It's flexible, durable, and holds vibrant colors for long-lasting visibility.

7. Can I customize my banner size?
Yes! We offer fully customizable banner sizes from 2 feet to 20 feet wide. Whether it’s a small tabletop display or a large storefront sign, we can handle your size requirements. You’ll select your dimensions when placing your order.

8. What finishing options are available?
You can request grommets (holes for hanging) or pole pockets (sleeves for inserting poles or rods). Just leave a note with your order if you want these options included — there’s no extra charge for basic finishes.

9. What’s the turnaround time for banners?
Banner orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Rush orders can be accommodated upon request. Our team will always communicate timelines clearly based on your order size and specifications.

🌀 Vinyl Wraps

10. What type of vinyl do you use for wraps and decals?
We use air-release adhesive vinyl — a high-quality, bubble-free material that’s easy to apply and designed for long-term durability. It’s suitable for a variety of surfaces including cars, windows, laptops, signs, and walls. The vinyl is also weatherproof and UV resistant, making it ideal for outdoor use.

11. Can I order cut-to-shape vinyl graphics or decals?
Yes, we offer custom contour cutting (also called die-cutting) for an additional $25 setup fee. This is perfect for turning logos or detailed designs into individual, shaped decals. Upload a vector file or clearly marked cut lines for best results.

12. What is the standard production time for wraps?
Vinyl wraps and decals typically ship within 2 business days of order and file approval. Complex shapes or large orders may require extra processing time.

🏷️ UV DTF Labels (No Heat Press Needed)

13. What are UV DTF labels and how are they different from heat transfers?
UV DTF labels are peel-and-stick adhesive transfers printed with UV-cured ink — no heat press required. They’re waterproof, scratch-resistant, and made for hard surfaces like tumblers, mugs, glass, phone cases, packaging, and plastic items. These are great for brands that want permanent, professional-quality labels without investing in heat equipment.

14. Can I create a gang sheet of labels?
Yes. You can upload multiple label designs and combine them onto one sheet using our UV DTF gang sheet builder. Each label should be uploaded as a 300 DPI PNG at the size you want printed. We print exactly what you submit — so plan spacing accordingly.

15. How durable are your UV DTF stickers? Are they waterproof?
Our UV DTF stickers are 100% waterproof, oil-resistant, and long-lasting. They adhere well to smooth, non-porous surfaces. While they are very durable, we recommend hand-washing drinkware to preserve the design quality over time. They are not recommended for use in dishwashers or extreme heat.
