At KcoPrints, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-printed products that meet or exceed your expectations. Because all items are made to order, we have a firm but fair return and refund policy in place to protect both you and our business.
📦 All Sales Are Final – No Returns on Custom Items
Due to the custom nature of our products — including DTF transfers, gang sheets, banners, wraps, labels, and apparel — we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been printed and shipped.
Each item is produced specifically for you, based on the artwork and specifications you provide. We print exactly what you upload, and we do not modify your files.
⚠️ Responsibility for File Accuracy
Please ensure your file meets the following before uploading:

✅ 300 DPI resolution (minimum)

✅ Transparent background (for DTF and labels)

✅ Sized accurately to print

✅ Correct colors and layout
We are not responsible for printing errors due to incorrect file setup, low resolution, spelling mistakes, or other user-submitted issues.
If you're unsure about your file, please reach out for design help before placing your order.
✅ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:

Damaged during transit

Misprinted due to a production error on our end

Significantly different from what you ordered

We will investigate and offer a reprint or refund if the issue was caused by our production or shipping process.
🔄 Cancellations & Order Changes
Once your order has been approved and entered production, we cannot cancel, edit, or refund it.
If you need to make a change, contact us immediately after placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate if production has not yet started.
🧾 Chargebacks & Disputes
We ask that you reach out to us directly with any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We’re committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
