Artwork File Guidelines

Submit Print-Ready Designs with Confidence

To ensure your custom prints come out crisp, clean, and accurate, it's essential to upload properly formatted artwork. Below are our file requirements and best practices for DTF gang sheets, UV DTF labels, vinyl wraps, banners, and more.

✅ Accepted File Formats

We accept the following high-resolution file types:

  • PNG (preferred for DTF and UV DTF transfers)

  • PDF (great for banners and large format prints)

  • AI, EPS, or SVG (vector files ideal for decals or contour cuts)

🛑 JPG, GIF, and low-resolution screenshots are not recommended and may result in blurry or pixelated prints.

📐 File Size & Resolution

  • Resolution: 300 DPI minimum (dots per inch)

  • Scale: Submit at actual size — the size you want it printed

  • Color Mode: Use RGB for DTF / UV DTF transfers, CMYK for banners or printed materials

Pro Tip: Don’t stretch small images to fit larger spaces — it lowers print quality.

🖼️ Background & Transparency

  • For DTF Gang Sheets & UV Stickers: Use transparent backgrounds.

  • Do not flatten or merge layers that may affect cut lines or visibility.

  • For white graphics: Add a stroke or background outline so visibility is retained on transparent files.

🧩 Gang Sheet Layout (DTF & Labels)

If submitting a pre-arranged gang sheet:

  • Set canvas to 22" width with your preferred custom length (e.g., 22x60")

  • Space out designs with at least 0.25" margins between each element

  • Keep all elements inside the artboard boundaries — anything outside will be trimmed

✂️ Cut Line Requirements (Vinyl Wraps or Labels)

For custom cut vinyl or sticker shapes:

  • Include a vector cut path (labeled “CutContour” or similar)

  • Keep cut lines on a separate layer or in a separate spot color

  • Files without proper cut lines will be printed as-is

🧪 Color Output Disclaimer

While we do our best to match your file’s color profile, slight color variations can occur due to:

  • Screen differences vs. print color

  • DTF film and powder characteristics

  • Material types (e.g., banners vs. shirts)

We recommend ordering a sample print if exact color match is critical.
