At KcoPrints, we’re committed to getting your custom orders produced and delivered quickly and securely. Below you’ll find details about our processing times, shipping methods, and policies to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

  • DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets: 1–2 business days

  • Vinyl Wraps, Labels & Stickers: 1–2 business days

  • Custom Banners & Signage: 2–3 business days

  • Bulk or High-Volume Orders: May require additional time (we’ll notify you)

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) may begin processing the next business day.

📦 Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers to ensure your packages arrive safely and on time:

  • USPS (First Class / Priority)

  • UPS Ground & Expedited

  • FedEx (by request)

Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships.

💸 Shipping Rates

  • Flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and location.

  • FREE standard shipping on DTF transfer orders over $199 (U.S. only).

Local customers can select Free Local Pickup at checkout.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped and scanned by the carrier, KcoPrints is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is missing, we recommend:

  • Contacting the shipping carrier with your tracking number

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Verifying your shipping address on the order confirmation

If you still need assistance, please contact us and we’ll help file a claim.
